Gordon Edward Clevy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2021, at the age of 79, Gordon Edward Clevy (Olney, Illinois) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon Edward Clevy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Guinnee (Nease) and John "Ike" Clevy; his uncle Charles Clevy (Marie); his grandson Charles (Marie Clevy); his half-sister Gail Guinnee; and his stepbrother Johnnie E. Cogswell, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, June Clevy of Idaho and Heather Shultz (Dewayne) of Claremont, IL; his siblings, Susan Diemer (Steve), Dave Guinnee (Jeannie) and Jim Guinnee (Hugo); his grandchildren, Cory, Wyn, Adrian, Sierra, Braden and Kyle; and his great grandchildren, Deckard and Ava. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff at Arch/Helia for taking care of him, a special thanks to Maggie, Michelle, Melissa and Stormy working endless hours in the Covid Unit and taking extra time to sit and talk with him and not leaving his side at the end.
In lieu of flowers, please spend time with those you love, especially those who can't drive. (And get vaccinated.) Memorials can be made to Carle-Hospice Richland or the Humane Society of Olney.
