Frank Stout Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2021, at the age of 94, Frank Stout of Olney, Illinois, born in Blandinsville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Stout and Mary Stout (Lober); and his spouse Jackie White. He is survived by: his children, Alan of Pasadena, Maryland, Cheryl of Olney and Barry of Midvale, Utah; and his sister-in-law Tyke Finch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed life by remaining very active until recently with such things as his church, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Build Community, and The Master's Hands.
