C. and Benjamin Duke of Chicago, Illinois.; his granddaughter Bianca Duke; and his siblings, Wayne Duke (Betsy) of Salem, David Duke (Jeannie) of Louisville, Illinois and Billie Jean Duke of Independence. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
