She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth O.; and her brothers, Lou LeBay and Kenny LeBay. She is survived by: her parent Helen T. LeBay (Smith); her daughters, Diana Nettgen (Kurt) of Antioch, IL and Pam Orend of Akron, OH; and her grandchildren, Karl, Melissa, Jessica, Johann Von Aurend and Shanen Orians. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, in her memory.
