He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara; his parents, Marie and Arthur; and his cousins, Bruce and Larry Olsen.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Lauren (Nasko), Kristin (Sean), Megan (Drew) and Bryn (Arnel); his grandchildren, Alex, Will, Riley and Bode; and his cousins, John and Doug Olsen. He is also survived by his four girls.
