He is survived by: his children, Lisa Stoszkus (Kevin) of O'Fallon, IL, Joseph Scott Higgins (Lisa) of Jacksonville, Michael Johnson (Stephanie) of Staunton, IL. and Charles Johnson (Becky) of Erie, PA.; and his siblings, Patricia Mamino (Philip) of O'fallon and Alan Higgins of Millstadt, IL..
