He is survived by: his wife Stacey L. Hawkins; his daughter Ashley L. Walker; his parents, Ronald Walker and Elizabeth Walker; his siblings, Pamela Schulter of O'Fallon and Jesse Walker (Rebecca) of Libertyville; his nieces and nephews, Joey, Michael Walker and William Morris (Rhegis); his great-nephew Liam; his great-niece Lizzie; his parents-in-law, Earl, Mercedes Hawkins of Swansea and Ill; his brother-in-law Stephen Hawkins; his daughter Reilly; and his close friend Ollie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested payable to Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #198, (memo line: Cops and Kids), to support our local police department's outreach to area children--a cause that Carl supported and believed in.
