We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2020, at the age of 66, Anita Fourcault of OFallon, Illinois, born in San Diego, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Richard Quayle. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Gene Fourcault; her daughter Amber Jean Bernstein (Doug) of Los Angeles, CA; her mother Midge Quayle; and her siblings, Rick Quayle (Deborah) of Highland, IL and Gene Quayle of Fairview Heights, IL.. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice, First Baptist Church, O'Fallon, IL or to Planned Parenthood.
