She was predeceased by: her parents, John Krapff and Nettie Krapff (Turnbull); her husband Robert Nelson; her siblings, Walter Krapff, Gordon Krapff, Glenn Krapff, Donald Krapff and Helen Hughes; her children-in-law, James Sharisky and Linda Nelson; and her granddaughters, Sharon Wilson and Cathie Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Nelson of Princeton, IL, Linda Saal (Kenneth) of Princeton, IL and Lori Topolski (Richard) of Streator, IL; and her grandchildren, Donald Nelson, Robert Nelson, Colleen Nickelsen, Carol Carroll, Cheryl Daniels and Robert Sharisky. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and sixteen great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the First Lutheran Church of Princeton, IL.
