He was predeceased by: his brother Jim Kimball. He is survived by: his spouse Cathy Lynn Apple; his children, Kris Kimball of Westfield, IL, Dustin Kimball of Lorane, OR, Trevor McConkey (Danielle) of Harrisburg, IL, Catrina Stanley (Keith) of Charleston, IL and Karen Clapp (Nick) of Oakland, IL; his siblings, Bill Kimball (Barb) of Waterford, WI, Karen Mendenhall of Robinson, IL, Mary Ann Kingery of Cañon City, CO and Kathy Shotts (Wayne) of Bloomington, IN; and his sister-in-law Linda Kimball of Charleston, IL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
