He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sponsler and Eunice Sponsler (Culler); and his siblings, Wilma Jean Hamatani, Delano Sponsler and Dwan Sponsler.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sponsler; his children, Sheila Woodrum (Jim) of Oakford and Shiryl Stevens (Albert) of Springfield; his granddaughter Megan Sheppard (Josh); his great grandchildren, Holly and Colton Sheppard; and his brothers, James Sponsler and Gywin "Joe" Sponsler.
