She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Skaggs and Lucille Skaggs (Pollard); her husband Paul Richard Duncheon; her granddaughter Lacy Anderson Devine; and her foster son Tim Weaver.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Anderson (John) of Oakford, Illinois; her grandchildren, John Anderson (Aubrey) and Richie Anderson (Heather); her great grandchildren, Liesl Anderson and Leyns Anderson; and her siblings, Mildred Hinds of Petersburg, Sandra Johnson of Oakford, Judy Thomas (John) of Mason City, Illinois and John Weaver (Jeannie) of Petersburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
