He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin "Cap" Gebhards and Geneva Gebhards (Bell); and his wife Karen Hollis. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Steve Hollis (Gina) of Petersburg, Illinois and Sandra Bouillon of Carlinville, Illinois; his nephews, Kyle King (Sarah) of Oconomowoc and Doug Hollis (Dawn) of Springfield, Illinois; and his niece Julie Trivedi (Vipul) of Wisconsin.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Presbyterian Church in Petersburg, the Petersburg Rural Fire Department or the Menard County Food Pantry.
