He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Patz and Esther Patz; his siblings, Bernice Kozlowski (John), Herbert Patz Jr (late Darlene), Theodore Patz, Rose Harper and Madeline Filippo; and also San Filippo.

He is survived by: his sister Marie Uher (William); and his siblings-in-law, John Kozlowski and Connie San Filippo.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jerry's memory to Special Olympics.
