He is survived by: his wife Anna Ruth Cermak (Witzemann); his daughters, Ruth Earley (Clarke) and Susan Rosenwinkel (Todd) of Rensselaer, IN; his grandchildren, Glorianne Berg (Travis), Bethany and Daniel Louis Earley; and his great grandchild Stephen Berg.
