He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sung Sim Lim of Elmhurst, IL; his children, Hyun (Lisa), Han (Hong Sook), Young (Gina), Jin (Andy Soh), Hannah (James Johnson) and Elizabeth (Jason Lee); his grandchildren, David (Tasha), John, Michael, Jay, Jonathan (Meghan), Nick, Christopher (Rachel), Brandon, Kasey, Kyler, Victoria and Caroline; and his great grandchildren, Peter, Blake, Nathan and Madeline.
