She was predeceased by: her daughter Judith Foxworth; and her siblings, Eileen Hiser, Ruth Patton, Thelma Sullivan and Wilburn Sullivan.
She is survived by: her husband James Melvin Smith; her children, Gaylene Steubinger (Bill) of Bartonville, Jerry Smith of Streator and Bill Smith (Barb) of North Aurora; and her brother Rev. Wayne Sullivan of St. Helens.
