He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Rankin; his daughter Lori Mansfield; and his brother Michael Allan Tolley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Riebling; his sons, Kevin Brown (Michelle) of North Pekin and Douglas Brown of Glendale, Arizona; his grandchildren, Mason Brown, Emily Brown and Morgan VanCleave; his sister Judith Blase (Bob) of Grand Rapids, Minnesota.; and his son-in-law Brandon Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or any other local veterans' organization in Jim's name.
