She was predeceased by: her father Tommy Lee Ramsey; and her nieces, Natalie Williams and Heather Ramsey. She is survived by: her mother Margo Ann Ramsey (Lewis); her husband Stanley Smith of Norris City, IL; her stepfather Ronald Hall of Norris City, IL; her son Joshua Johnson (Heather) of Carmi, IL; her grandchildren, Gavin Lee Smith of Norris City, IL, Chloe Ann Smith of Mt. Vernon, IN, Zeke Smith of Norris City, IL, Allie Grace Smith of Norris City, IL, Praiselynn Carron and Gracelyn Carron; her great grandchild London Xavier Smith; her stepson Brandon Smith (Cassie); her grandson Triston of Carmi, IL; her siblings, Teresa Barger (Mark) of Norris City, IL, Mandi Johnson (Kelly) of Norris City, IL and Tim Ramsey (Sherri) of Harrisburg, IL; her granddaughter Pamela Kaufmann (Oliver) of Mt. Vernon, IN; her nieces and nephews, Clayton Wall (Jasea), Miranda, Trenton, Justin Johnson (Alyssa), Gerrick Williams, Bryan Ramsey (Brittney) and Ruth Raben; and her sister-in-law Kim Smith of New Haven, IL..

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Tammy's memory to Carmi Church of the Nazarene and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City, who is in charge of arrangements.
