It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis O'Neal of Norris City, Illinois, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Betty Boggs, Ida Davis, Dennis O'Neal and Harrison O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Carla O'Neal of Norris City; his children, Larry O'Neal (Sandy) of Valley View, Texas, Sherri Gambrel (David) of Mt. Vernon, Terri Meredith (Bret) of Carmi and Angela Talley of Franklin, Tennessee; his siblings, Carl O'Neal (Vada) of Evansville, Jerry O'Neal (Sandy) of Carmi, Rod O'Neal (Glenda) of Norris City and Sue Ferraro of Zionsville, Indiana; his mother-in-law Doris Thompson of Norris City; his siblings-in-law, Ted Davis of Indianapolis, Indiana and Lynn Callis of Norris City; and his grandchildren, Heather Howard (Ty), Shannon Black (Adam), Morgan Buelna, Anne Buchanan (Justin), Kimberly Herrell (Brian), Donnie Vines, Jr. (Kayla), Tara Morse, Ethan Veatch (Kelsey), Journie Talley and Lucia Talley. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
