We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Marilyn J. Hughes of Norris City, Illinois, born in Mill Shoals, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Johnson and Grace Ethel Johnson (Davis); her children, Dinah Allen (Don) of Norris City, Mavis Tate of Carmi, Denzil Hughes (Debbie) of Norris City and Marcus Hughes (Teresa) of Norris City; her grandchildren, Daniel Allen (Christina), David Allen (Amanda), Seth Tate (Melinda), Clayton Tate (Alex), Bryan O'Neal, Trenton Hughes and Hillary Yates (George); and her husband Bernard. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Marilyn's memory to the Powell General Baptist Church and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
