He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Golden and Anna Golden (Lynch); and his daughter Erica Jane Golden. He is survived by: his spouse Annella Sue Gray; his children, Chris Millhorn (Heather) of Indianapolis, IN and Bethany Hoskins (Kyle) of Norris City; and his siblings, James Henry Golden (Peggy) of Norris City, Emma Jane Rynkiewich (Barry) of Norris City, Mary Linda Suttner (Tom) of Norris City and Ruth Ann Starks (Welver) of Norris City. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
