He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Crouch and Daphne Elizabeth Crouch (Morehead); and his sister Nancy O'Bannon. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Crouch of Norris City, IL; his siblings, Dr. John Raymond Crouch (Janet) of Tulsa, OK, Daphne Joan Hamilton of Moro, IL and Gwendolyn Ann Jones of Orlando, FL; and his close friends, Kay Vailes, Marla Appel, Carmen Rockett and Les Hafford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made in Jim's memory to the Shriners Children's Hospital of St. Louis, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City, who is in charge of arrangements.
