He is survived by: his children, Jana Johnson (Richard) of Omaha and Earl Dean McKenzie, Jr. (Barbara) of Norris City; his grandchildren, LaDarrah Krogh (Matt), Alison Rush (Heath), Adrienne Johnson (Jordan) and Gena Cushman (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Jake, Alexis, Molly, Sophie, Beau Rush, Milo, Laken, Dean Johnson, McKenna, Benjamin and Rex Krogh.
