It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Mick of Norris City, Illinois, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Mick to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jack and Gladys Mick (Hutchison); his son Charles E. "Bub" Mick Jr.; and his brother Vernon Mick. He is survived by: his wife Flo Mick of Norris City; his children, Tom Craven of Portland, OR., Alicia Smith (Mike) of Energy, IL, Sonya Mayberry (Jamie) of Sturgis, KY and Gena Craven of Texas; and his siblings, Bill Mick of Pendleton, SC., Tom Mick of Thompsonville, IL., Jim Mick of Mt. Vernon, IL., Kathryn Jordan of Broken Arrow, OK. and Ruthann Miller of Thompsonville, IL.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In accordance with CDC and IDPH recommendations social distancing will be observed and masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Charles' memory to Ditney Ridge Baptist Church or the White County Coon Club and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City who is in charge of arrangements.
