With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ardella Martin (Norris City, Illinois), born in Omaha, Illinois, who passed away on May 2, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel L. Farris and Bernice L. Farris (Hamilton); her husband Grocery Store; and her sister Zella Farris. She is survived by: her children, Connie Baker (Tim) of Golden, CO, Terah Sterns (Howard) of Norris City and Charles Martin (Joy) of Godfrey; her grandchildren, Monica Patton, Craig Christensen, Travis Baker, Letitia Christensen, Cortney Christensen, Nathan Christensen, Mayah Baker, Meika Baker, Noah Sterns, Moriah Smothers, Gabriel Kuykendall, Aja Martin, Thai Martin and Lance Martin; and her brother-in-law Bill Martin of Mission, TX. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the United Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Ardella's memory.
