She was predeceased by: her husband James Leonard Igoe Jr.; her parents, William Kandler and Gertrude Kandler; her sisters, June Dzwonowski (Kandler) and Norwood Park; and her children, James Igoe III and Janet Justiniano (Tom).
She is survived by: her sister Delores Tillman (Kandler); her children, William Igoe (Kendra), Kathleen Bennett (Gary), Deloris Grande, Mark Igoe and Patricia Mann; her grandchildren, Jason, Marissa, Traci, Robert, Gina, Kristina, Brian, Tara, Alexis, James and Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Brooklynne, Aubrey, Owen, Kelsey and Phoebe.
Truly a selfless giver to the end, Ruth chose to donate her body to the Anatomical Society in hopes of helping others and furthering research and education.
