She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas W. Black; her parents, Estelle Jurkovich and Joseph Jurkovich; and her siblings, Kathy Tomlin (Charlie) and Richard Jurkovich.

She is survived by: her children, Suzi Fox, Ralph Black (Linda), Cynthia Purcell (Daniel) and Jennifer Svalbe (Peter); her grandchildren, Christopher (Valerie), Chelsea (Tyler), Zach, Halie, Madeline and Annika; and her great grandchildren, Silas and Ivy.
