Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Melodie Shamie and Rick Stern (Deanna); her parents, Joan Kepple and Russell Kepple; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Lauren Shamie, Priscilla, Bennett, Sofia and Barrett Stern.
