She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Juszczyk and Ginger Juszczyk; her husband Phillip; and her daughter Dawn Stefanelli. She is survived by: her children, Patrick and Cheri; her grandsons, Nicholas Daniel and John Patrick Bouska; her sister Christine Holland (Lloyd); her nephew Scott (Molly); her niece Andrea (Dave); and her great-nieces, Isabella and Elise. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
