She is survived by: her children, Dan Cerny (Anne) and Sheila Tinetti (Tony); her grandchildren, Claire, Steven, Grace, Thomas and Jack; and her siblings, Robert Kapolnek (late Jacqueline), Karen Neustadt (Don), Joyce Furtkamp (John), Joan Henneman (Howard), Dave Kapolnek (Gretchen) and Don Kapolnek (Bonnie).
