He is survived by: his parents, Piotr Czerniejewski and Marta Czerniejewski; his sister Elizabeth Smith (Donald); his nephews, Jason Smith (Cynthia) and Michael Smith (Kendra); his niece Adele Green (Philip); and his aunt Henryka Przeslak. He is also survived by eight grand- nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
