He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Tarpey; and his parents, William Paul and Violet Irene Tarpey. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Rowland (Ray) of O'Fallon, IL, Bruce Tarpey of St. Louis, MO and Stephen Tarpey of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Carson, Carter Rowland and Savannah Tarpey; his siblings, Richard Tarpey (Teresa) of Shawnee, OK, Mabel Maxon (late Bill) of Peculiar, MO and Martha Waters (Roy) of Pawnee, OK; and the mother of his children Elizabeth Tarpey.
