He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Devine; his son-in-law Roy Anderson; and his siblings, Isabelle Ealey, Leo Devine, Bill Devine and Bud Devine.
He is survived by: his parents, Clarence and Ella; his spouse Thelma Rose Meddows; his children, Michael Devine (Carol), Linda Devine, Rose Anderson, Andrew Devine (Jacquita), Martin Devine (Susan), Richard Devine (Stephanie) and Donald Devine; and also Matherly. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice and will be received at the funeral home.
