She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Woesthaus and Mary Edythe Woesthaus; her son Kevin Ruggles; and her sister Rita Dean. She is survived by: her husband Dick Ruggles of Nashville; her children, Randy Ruggles (Cheryl) of Nashville, Kathy Hulcher (Gary) of Springfield, Kim Gregory (Chad) of St. Louis and Kristi Ruggles of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Mallory Kauling (Raymond), Kevin Ryan Ruggles (Bethany), Reena Peppenhorst (Kurt), Jordan Hulcher and Kelsey Hulcher; and her sister Joan Luechtefeld (Gerald) of Lively Grove. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
