He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Fruend and Amanda Fruend (Reinkensmeyer); and his siblings, Ernest Fruend (Betty), Esther Sprehe (Reinholdt) and Bob Fruend (Elaine).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Fruend of Nashville, IL; his children, Janel Mueller (Mike) of O'Fallon, Jody Liszewski of Nashville and Brad Fruend (Sherry) of Flora; his grandchildren, Kaity, Paige, Maicy, Peyton Mueller of O'Fallon, Hunter and Hope Liszewski (Chandler Witte) of Nashville Lily; and his brother Vernon Fruend (Carolyn) of Carlyle, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
