She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Merz; her parents, Thomas Wehe and Myrtle Wehe; and her brothers, Thomas and Donald Wehe.

She is survived by: her brother Ronald Wehe (Norma); her children, Robert Merz (Linda Kaiser), Christine Walsh (William) and Thomas Merz (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Granada (Victor), Sarah Drayna (Dale), Katie Jablonski (Paul), Allison Ruhland (Chad), Jennifer Walsh, Aaron Walsh (Karen), Christopher Walsh, Jason Merz, Samantha Walczak (Alex) and Danielle Bonacorsi (Cory). She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
