He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Calvert and Ann Calvert; and his son Matthew Calvert. He is survived by: his wife Judi (Judi); his daughters, Colleen Whittington (Dan) and Chris Gross (Mike); his stepchildren, Jeff Niles (Jody), Laura Lentz (Kevin) and Andrea Rose; his grandchildren, Erika O'Connell (Chris), Mike Gross (Mackenzie), Dr. Zach Gross, Madison Gross, Dr. Thomas Rose (Colleen), Luke Rose, Cecelia Nelson (Luke), Jeremy Lentz, David Niles, Kara Torres (Matt) and Kaleigh Calvert; his great grandchildren, Logan O'Connell, Maya Rose, Olivia Rose and Zoe Nelson; and his sister Audrey Macak.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the American Lung Association can be made in his name.
