We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 69, Robert C. Waters Jr. of Mulkeytown, Illinois, born in Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clayton Waters, Sr. and Ruth Jennette Johnson (Kaiser); his stepfather Elmer Johnson; and his niece Sheila Littlefield. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Cook; his children, Troy, Bobby, Amy and Michelle; and his siblings, Melody Scott of Matoaka and Ken Smith of Christopher. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
