It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Francis Bullock of Mulkeytown, Illinois, born in Akin, Illinois, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Newman Haithcoat and Zelma Haithcoat (Whitlow); and her brother James Haithcoat. She is survived by: her husband John O. Bullock; her children, Rodney Potts (Carey) of Carterville, John Thomas Bullock (Mary) of Royalton, Cindy Webb (Greg) of Mulkeytown, Pamela Bullock of Royalton and Sherry Risley (Chad) of Sesser; her grandchildren, Heather Anderson (Jamie), Bridgette Ingersoll, Bryson Potts (Alexa), Joshua Bullock, Sydney Naseman (Cole), Samantha Polzin (Jacob), Brianna Wilson (Josh) and Dalton Risley; and her brother Haskel Haithcoat of Akin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the West Franklin Historical District and will be accepted at the funeral home.
