It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Haley (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Bluford, Illinois, who passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Wilbur Haley; her nephew Ralph Eugene Hughes (Ruth) of Bonnie; and her niece Louise Adams of Bonnie.
