He is survived by: his spouse Sandy DeBoer; his children, Michelle DeBoer of Tremont and Dan DeBoer of Webster Groves; and his sisters, LaVetta Sevier (Gary) of Pekin, Pam King (Allen) of Pekin and Cathy Ward (Gary) of Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
