Webb (Connie) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Ouetta Karcher (Roger) of Marion and Janet Champ of Urbana, Illinois; her grandchildren, Justin Webb, Mark Webb, Krista Harbaugh, Kyle Karcher, Josh Webb, Shaun Champ, Melanie Champ-Heroux and Bradley Champ; her brother Owen Richardson (Shirley) of Mount Zion, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Wanda Richardson of Wayne City, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
