He was predeceased by: his daughter Rachel Van Horn; his father Alan Virgil Van Horn; his siblings, Sandra Lea Cuoco and Alan Lee Van Horn; and his grandparents, Alma McCormick, Bill McCormick, Henry Horn and Bertha Mae Van Horn.
He is survived by: his mother Christine Van Horn of Mount Vernon; his son Ian Van Horn; and his sisters, Cheryl Bowman of Moscow Mills and Tina Phillips of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
