He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Szostak. He is survived by: his spouse Madonna Szostak (Tucker); his children, Larry Szostak (Betsy) of Tennessee, Starlet Russell (Randy) of Sparta, Jamie Szostak of Evansville and Mandi Szostak-Matthews of Sparta; his stepchildren, Lee Adams (Joyce) of Dahlgren, Brian Adams of Dahlgren and Annette Farthing of McLeansboro; and his sisters, Rona Douglas (Jim) of Marissa and Robin Rambo of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
