He is survived by: his spouse Alice Pointer; his children, Steve McCoy (Deanna) of Mount Vernon and Terri Garrett (Allen) of Montgomery; his significant other Charlotte Snodsmith of Mount Vernon; his granddaughters, Amanda Nicole Winchell (Steven), Ashli Marie Robinson (Justin), Jordan Elizabeth Bramlett, Randi Rae McCoy and Jessi Annmarie Garrett; his great grandchildren, Urijah, Emerson, Zada, Violet, Xander and Elias; and his brothers, Patrick McCoy of James McCoy, III and Timothy McCoy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
