Richter (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert J. Richter Her; her parents, Edward Her and Jessie Berning Her; her children, Diane Karraker (Rick) and Vernon; her sister-in-law Helen Richter; her grandchild Brian Karraker Dawn (Susan); and her great grandchildren, Paige Several, Matt Several, Lucas Several and Sam Karraker Several.
