He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Richardson; and his parents-in-law, Donald Dalby and Ruth Dalby. He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Joyce Richardson (Dalby); his children, Lori McGovern (Kevin) of Mount Vernon and Ryan W. Richardson of Mount Vernon; and his grandchildren, Ethan McGovern and Lacey McGovern. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
