He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Singler and Peggy Singler. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Singler of Mount Vernon and Dianna Westbrook (Mac Westbrook) of Knoxville; his sisters, Janet Walker (John) of Arnold, Cindy Taylor of Hobe Sound and Brenda Singler of Mount Vernon; his nephews, Matthew Walker, Fiancé Megan Russell of Saint Louis and Michael Walker of Saint Louis; and also Kristi Waller of Mount Vernon.
