He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois; his children, Benny Wayne Turner and Frances Wargel; and his brothers, Burtis Turner, Edward Turner and Frank Turner.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Turner and Esther Turner (Foley); his wife Phyllis; his daughter-in-law Julie Turner; his children, Michael Clemons and Michele McCoy (Lyndon); and his grandchildren, Louis Turner (Kristen), Maria Turner, Brittany McCoy, Samantha McCoy, Tiffany McCoy, Laura McCoy and Morgan McCoy.
